Can returns be made?

Yes, but exchanges are only permitted for items purchased from the online shop. Tickets for events are not exchangeable or refundable. Exchanges are possible up to 15 days after purchase, provided the product is in perfect condition.

How much does a shipment cost?

Speaking exclusively about items purchased through the online store, the shipping costs to be added to the item price are as follows:

  • Mainland Spain and Andorra (outside the Community of Madrid):
